LOCH LEVEN

Kinross-shire is one of the tiny counties of Scotland, sandwiched between Fife and Perthshire, it has several castles, one of which Loch Leven is amongst those great Scottish Castles on an island in a Loch, which is sort of Scotland in miniature!

The county is largely hilly with only a few small settlements, the main town being Kinross itself.
