Andrew sitting in the peace and quiet of the Begijnhof, in the very heart of Amsterdam. Note the fact that each of the gables on the houses behind him is different from all the others!  Typical Flemish house building.

The Begijnhof is the courtyard of an ex-convent and is a surprising peaceful oasis in the very centre of one of Europe's most bustling cities.
