Devín Castle, Slovakia

Andrew standing amidst the remains of magnificent Devín Castle on the Slovak-Austrian border (behind can be seen the River Morava which splits the two countries).  This superb Castle is a national symbol of independence in Slovakia and every July a big gathering is celebrated here.

Andrew visited on 2nd June 2000 and this is a timer shot.
