My Last Paragraph

The changes inside my head are inconsequential
Compared with the hurt you've caused
That divided the line
Where limbo reigned
And has changed by decisions towards life.

You waved your hand in instant dismissiveness
To counteract the contract that
You signed in your confidence
To change the world
To drink sacrificial waters.

Provoking intimation towards fallen members
Leaving me to demonstrate
The usefulness and helplessness
With arthritic hands I write
My last paragraph.
