GALLERY '99: Picture Six

Fountains Galore

Whilst in Paris Andrew took a day trip to Versailles where he was hugely impressed by the size of the gardens and the Chateau - and ever more so by the fact that the gardens were free to enter!

Here he has done a circuit of (most of) the gardens and is just walking up the steps back to the main Chateau.  The day was 12th June 1999 and the picture was taken by an Arab tourist.
