Turkey straddles the divide between Europe and Asia, with a small section of the country being in Europe we decided to put it into the Asia section of our Travel Pages.
The country ranges from the Mediterranean coastal resorts of the west to the mountainous, thoroughly Middle Eastern, areas of the east of the country. Although the biggest city is Istanbul, in the European part of the country, the capital is Ankara.
Roy and Tammy have visited Bodrum on the Mediterranean coast on several occasions.
