GALLERY '98: Picture Thirteen

Old Jersey

Andrew as dusk falls on Gorey on the Channel Island of Jersey (the original Jersey which the Americans nicked the name of for an insignificant island of their coast).

Behind Andrew is the massive Mont Orguiel Castle, the most impressive of the Castles on the Channel Islands and one which is floodlit with impressive floodlights, one of which is shining on Andrew on this picture which, despite appearances to the contrary, did not use flash.

The day was 1st May 1998 and this is a timer shot.
