What Happened To Civilisation?

Andrew miles from anything remotely like a village in the heart of Exmoor in Somerset. He is leaning against his "Car from Hell" on one of the very few occasions when the bloody thing functioned properly - which was just as well, think how long it would have taken the AA to get here!

The day was 30th March 1997 and by dint of there being no-one else around, this is a timer shot!
