The Isle of Arran

Andrew in Glen Sannox on the Isle of Arran.  The Island is often called "Scotland in miniature" and it certainly is an apt description; with hills in the north, rolling country in the south, castles, a distillery, standing stones...all the wonderful things of Scotland squeezed onto one small island.

It was the highlight of Andrew's trip around Argyll in 1997.  This picture, a timer shot, was taken on 10th July.
