Time is Ticking

Andrew by the Eastgate Clock in Chester, Cheshire.  Whilst Castle-hunting in the county Andrew took the opportunity to have a look around the beautiful city of Chester which has the most complete set of medieval City Walls in England.

The day, which was rather wet, was 5th May 1997 and the picture was - as ever - taken by some grabbed passer-by.
