GALLERY '93: Picture One

Hermit

Roy at the so-called "Hermit's Rock" in the Peak District, Derbyshire near Middleton-in-Youlgreave. The reason Roy and Andrew visited was it was across the road from a Castle and looked quite interesting.  Naturally enough it rained.

The day was 30th May 1993 and the picture was taken by Andrew.

1993 was our least photographic year, as far as non-pictures-of-castles is concerned. A slow revival in photographical output started in 1994 which culminated in 2000 when for the first time since 1989 a purely photographic outing was undertaken.
