GALLERY '92: Picture Eleven

Gorge-ous

On a brief break from Castles Andrew and Roy visited beautiful Lydford Gorge in Devon. Here is Andrew standing in one of the deepest parts of the Gorge as photographed by Roy, the day was 30th August 1992.  As it was the August Bank Holiday it was, of course, raining very hard and down in the Gorge everything was dank and slightly misty giving all the photos taken a kind of "middle earth" look which Tolkein would have been proud of!
