GALLERY 2001 : Picture Sixty-Two

Andrew bravely testing to see how truthful he is by sticking his hand inside the Bocca della Verità (Mouth of Truth) in the Church of Santa Maria in Cosmedin in Rome.

Legend has it that if you are not pure of heart the mouth will bite off your hand. In truth it is an Ancient Roman drain cover!!

The day was 13th December 2001 and this is a timer shot.
