GALLERY 2001 : Picture One

Minceta Fortress, Dubrovnik

Andrew at the top of the Minceta Fortress on the Dubrovnik Town Walls in Croatia during his Balkans Holiday on 18th July 2001. From this vantage point most of the Old Town of Dubrovnik can be seen in all it's medieval glory (and the Island of Lokrum in the background).

This picture was taken by an Australian girl he met (along with her partner, damn!) at the top of the Fortress. The couple walked around the rest of the walls with him and they met up again a couple of days later when Andrew travelled to Montenegro.
