Andrew standing at Rozenhoedkaai in the beautiful city of Brugge, Belgium. This backdrop is one of the most famous views of a City full of astounding views.  The day was 8th September 2000 and this picture was taken by a passer-by. After it was taken Andrew went on a boat trip around the canals.
