ENNISKILLEN CATHEDRAL
County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland
Full dedication: St. Macartin's Cathedral
Became a Cathedral in ??
This tiny Catholic Cathedral is completely swamped by the larger Church of St. Michael which stands across the road from it.
Unfortunately, we've not been able to find any reliable history of the building, although it looks to be mostly Victorian reconstruction work. All the guidebooks seem to ignore both of Enniskillen's large churches and concentrate on the, admittedly more interesting, Castle.
